We hand select every cut and make sure it’s sealed properly for shipment and exceeds our standards of quality. We then pack your order in a, insulated with high-density reflective insulation to keep your product as cold as possible. Every order is packed with enough gel packs to keep the product frozen or at minimum, very cold. 

Our products are shipped from Mabank, TX. Order online and have local, small farm beef delivered to your door. We will ship on Mon/Tue/Wed only so that the product does not risk sitting in a terminal over the weekend. Product is shipped frozen and will arrive cold and thawed or partially thawed. If you have unique requirements, please send us a message, most likely we can accommodate you.

If products remain properly sealed, we guarantee our products for up to a year.

We recommend slow thawing in your refrigerator overnight, but most people (including us) tend to forget. For a faster thaw – place your products in an airtight zip lock bag and submerge in COLD water; never warm or hot. When cooking our Japanese Wagyu it’s critical to bring your steak to room temperature before searing to get the most even cook.

OUR GUARANTEE:

Unless otherwise indicated, all Sunset Whiskey Ranch Cattle Co. products come vacuum sealed and frozen and are guaranteed in your freezer (at 0°F) from 6 months to one year, depending on the product.

To ensure that your product maintains our high standards of quality, be sure to follow the instructions below:

Upon Delivery of a Shipped Product: Your SWR product will arrive frozen in an insulated shipping container with reusable gel packs. Put your products in the freezer immediately upon receipt if not intending to use the same day.

FREEZER GUARANTEE:

Up to 12 months: Wagyu Beef
