The most noble of steaks ("Sir Loin") is cut from the sirloin, the sub primal cut posterior to the short loin where the T-bone, porterhouse, and club steaks are cut. Not quite as tender as a filet nor as juicy as a ribeye but it has great flavor and makes an amazing meal.
Weights and Cuts:
Due to natural variations in our cattle, shape, size, and/or weight of individual cuts may vary. It is normal to see slight variations in color depending on both the type of product and the aging process.
OUR GUARANTEE:
Unless otherwise indicated, all Sunset Whiskey Ranch Cattle Co. products come vacuum sealed, frozen and are guaranteed in your freezer (at 0°F)from 6 months to one year, depending on the product.
Upon Delivery of a Shipped Product:
Your SWR product will arrive frozen or partially frozen in a foam insulated shipping container with dry ice and/or reusable gel freezer packs.
If the Dry Ice
is not completely thawed, DO NOT TOUCH!
Please place your products in the freezer immediately upon receipt if not intending to use the same day. Leave Dry Ice in foam container to evaporate on it’s own.
