Golden Wagyu Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb small potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp Wagyu Beef Tallow
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Toss potatoes with melted Wagyu Beef Tallow, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
