Wagyu – Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Wagyu beef stew meat (cut in 2 inch chunks)
  • 8 oz. can of Beef Broth
  • 8 oz. cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 oz. Cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sliced mushrooms 
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2-3 cups of Egg Noodles


Directions:

Total Cooking time: 8 Hours 

  1. Cook the Beef Stew and Mushrooms with Beef Broth on low for 6 hours in Crockpot.
  2. Add Salt, Pepper to taste.
  3. 2-hours before serving, stir together Cream of Mushroom and Cream of Chicken, add to Crockpot. Stir to get the lump’s out.
  4. At least 30 minutes before serving, add 1-cup of sour cream to your crockpot. Stir.
  5. When ready boil your Egg Noodles. Once done, add to your crockpot.
